Some time you wanted to open website but it failed to open with error website is not available usually we get this error when we have internet connection problem. but if your internet connection is ok and you are still getting this error that have dns problem. when website will failed to open there will a button or you saya option named diagnostic click on it . many time it dont solve problems automatically but of course it will show you what error is? as shows in below image.

. corrupted dns service in your windows.
. windows firewall is blocking some websites

open cmd and type netsh winsock reset or ipconfig /flushdns and restart your computer
